Characters?  This town is full of them.  And none better than Joey C.  Joey was born and raised in Gloucester, working at his family business, Capt. Joe and Sons. He has a love for our beautiful city, his family, and using his smoker, among other things.  Joey gets to work early, about 4am, and is ready for a hearty breakfast by about 9am.  A lucky winner will get to join him!
