What is this?  A fantastic meal for 10, seated al fresco in the outdoor kitchen at the Grigorieff's house.  The kitchen features five cooking stations, including two Big Green Eggs, so we can cook "low and slow" barbecue at the same time as searing tasty vittles on screaming hot grills.

What's for dinner?  The winner collaborates with the chef team to assemble their dream multi-course meal that showcases whatever preferred veggies/fish/poultry/meat they desire.  Past winners of this dinner have been very excited by baby back ribs, smoked brisket, house-smoked salmon, grilled steaks, chicken satay and a vast array of home-made desserts.

What if we get thirsty?  This meal will include pairings of rare beers and whiskies from around the world.

When does this dinner happen?  The winner works with their friends and the hosts to find the right evening.  Spring and Summer are generally preferred as this is an outdoor meal.
