Description
Treat yourself to a 90 minute mind / body / spirit yoga session designed just for you. Soothe the body with a gentle flowing yoga sequence, calm the mind with simple breathwork and meditation, and connect to your own sense of spirit or highest self. You will also be supported in designing your own 5, 15, or 30-minute personal mind/body practice. No yoga experience is necessary.
Sessions will be offered to you in your own home or, weather permitting, in the outdoors.
Danielle teaches Mind Body Spirit groups for moms, is a registered yoga instructor, and a Graduate student in Holistic Counseling Psychology.
