Mulberry dad, Timothy Wood will help you add some home-cooked BBQ to your grand fete. 20+ hours of smoking and lots of care make for a tasty brisket! Brisket is one of the Big Three of classic BBQ meats. "Low and slow" is the golden rule when cooking brisket and Timothy has this mastered!!
Winner gets the finished product delivered to their venue, ready for carving and devouring. A reasonably sized whole brisket feeds about 15 people.
