Juno and Chef BK

Highly recommended for elevated sushi. Chef BK is amazing to watch - such artistry in his hands, like a dancer - mesmerizing. We were treated to a veritable parade of one outstanding item after another. Unlike most sushi places, chef intends for each piece of nigiri to be eaten without dipping in soy sauce because each is preseasoned with something special such as yuzu, truffle, lemon, sesame, charred mayo, etc; each item is more than just a piece of fish on a bed of rice.
