What is a Gran Fondo? Gran Fondos are mass participation cycling events that have enjoyed incredible popularity in Europe for decades and have become popular in North America, Australia and increasingly, worldwide. Take a scenic, mountainous course and add several thousand cyclists ranging from pros to beginners. Mix in roving and fixed mechanical and medical support, feed zones manned by cheerful volunteers serving up healthy snacks, fruit, and drinks, and traffic halted at intersections to let you pass. Garnish with enthusiastic and supportive spectators lining the course. Top it off with coverage by major cycling magazines. Energy, excitement and atmosphere - this is Gran Fondo
The Gran (102 miles), the Gran Fort Ross (84 miles), the Gran Willow Creek (99 miles), the Gran Fort Ross Willow Creek (81 miles), the Medio (63 miles), the Medio Willow Creek (60 miles), the Piccolo (30 miles) or the Piccolo+ (35 miles).
The event date is October 1, 2016. Must register on-line in advance by Sep 23, 2016.

Value up to $170 depending on route.
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 25, 2016 between 2 & 5pm and Saturday, March 26, 2016 between 9 & midday in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
