Description
This item offers a day of sailing on San Francisco bay for you and up to 4 additional guests aboard an ~30ft sailing sloop with Curt Quantz as your skipper.
Cruise by Alcatraz, the city front, Angel Island or maybe under the Bay Bridge.
Try your hand at sailing the boat or just sit back and enjoy the wind and scenery. No sailing experience required.
Special Instructions
Trip scheduled on a mutually agreeable date. Agreed date of sailing will be subject to same day cancellation due to inclement weather.
Must be used in calendar year 2016.
Trip departs from Sausalito or San Francisco.
Bring your own packed lunch.
Minimum age of any person is 6 years. No ability to swim necessary - PFDs will be provided.
10am departure (or when the last guest arrives) and 3:30 return to dock.
Neither the school nor doner accepts any liability for any accidents or injury that may occur on the day of sailing. Any damage to the craft caused by guests, intentional or not, will be the responsibility of the auction winner.
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense.
Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 25, 2016 between 2 & 5pm and Saturday, March 26, 2016 between 9 & midday in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
