Enjoy two 65-minute Rosen Movement Classes with Instructor Elizabeth Brennan, Certified Rosen Method Movement Teacher.
Rosen Method of Movement is based on traditional physical therapy exercises. The movements re-educate and rehabilitate the body to move without effort, and are a great preparation for more vigorous activity or exercise. Done in a circle, to a background of world music, the movements invite the body to relax, move, and release underlying muscle and emotional tension.

Pick up/shipping information: At close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick-up days are Friday, March 25, 2016 between 2 & 5pm and Saturday, March 26, 2016 between 9 & midday in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
