Description
Climbing is a great total body workout that improves mental focus, flexibility, balance, and strength.
Vertex was voted one of Sonoma County's best places for kids and adults to have fun and get fit. Come challenge your mind and body on our 35-foot-high sculpted walls.
ClimbTime is a coached climbing session with a Vertex belayer, rather than a formal class. Vertex staff handle the equipment so you or your kids can focus on climbing. Suitable for all levels, ages 5 to adult. Certificate entitles its bearer to two hours of rock climbing in the Climb Time program from 7-9pm Wednesdays, 12-2pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
A great introduction to indoor rock climbing. The Vertex staff will give you a personal guided tour of the gym. Providing valuable insight in climbing technique and safety protocols, you are sure to have a great ClimbTime!
