Get away right here in the Woodlands! Stay three nights in a fabulous mid-century modern studio guest house with kitchenette and amazing views. Plan a romantic getaway or have your in-laws close, but not too close, when they come to visit. Very private. Sleeps two but we can add an air mattress! Additional nights may be purchased for an agreed-upon donation to Verdugo Woodlands Elementary School.

This item will be available for pick up on Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 2:00 - 4:30pm at the Verdugo Woodlands Dads’ Club, 1728 Canada Blvd., Glendale, CA 91208 (in between the field and the fire station).
If the item is not picked up, the Bidder will be responsible for shipping/mailing fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS and billed at standard industry rates. Items cannot be replaced if broken, lost or stolen, therefore tracking and/or insurance is advised.
