Spend a spring evening with friends (maybe even make a few new ones) while sipping adult beverages, sampling delectable small bites from our community's local chefs, and listening to choice grooves, all the while enjoying the simple beauty of one of the gorgeous mid-century homes featured on the Glendale Historical Society's Home Tour this year.
Dishes may include:
- Tuna Poke/Tartare on Crispy Fillo
- Seared Wagyu A-5 Beef on a riceball
- Roasted Yam Taco with caramelized sweet onion, cotija cheese and peanut-chipotle salsa
- Shredded Beef and Pickle Taco with pico de gallo, lettuce and cheddar/jack
- Assorted Vegetarian Pakodas/Fritters (potato, cauliflower, spinach, onion, bread and Indian cottage cheese) served with mint/ cilantro chutney
- Appo (rice-lentil balls with ginger) served with coconut chutney
- A selection of sumptuous sweets
