The chuppah in this photo was created for the artist’s daughter and son-in-law. They wanted to be married under a chuppah of a representation of the Colorado mountains. This image of Copper Mountain, where they met, is pale and impressionistic with a rough brown silk edge, just as her daughter and son-in-law (then fiancé) chose.
