Description

A Guava walking stick, sanded and beautifully stained by students in 7th and 8th grades.  These guava branches were harvested from the Kahanahaiki forest on Waianae mountain range.  This area was adopted by Ho`ala School students to help in the preservation of the forest.  Ho`ala students in various grade levels have been tending this part of the forest for many years.

These sticks are great for hiking a rugged mountain trail or evening walks in the neighborhood.
