9th and 10th graders collaborated on this fantastic transformation of a vintage student desk (from the pigtails in the inkwell era)
Wood burned and stained: Map of the world on desktop; Island images inside desk and on seat; carved mermaid on front of desk pedestal.

Creativity provided by our 9th and 10th Ho`ala students, with the guidance and support of art teacher Tina Markel.
