The executive chef holds to his Japanese roots yet uses his techniques and talent to bring out the flavors in the cooked dishes served from the kitchen; and the sushi bar. 

Chicken Yakitori, Chicken and Steak Teriyaki, Shrimp or Vegetable  Tempura, Summer Ramen, Tempura Soba, Shrimp and Vegetable gyoza. Hijiki, Burdock, Sen Green Salad, or Miso soup whet the appetite for more. 
    
Sushi and Sashimi favorites are staples, but the Chef recommends that you try the Uni, Hotate, Unagi, Tamago, Ika or Tako. Sushi Rolls can be made as a Hand Roll, Inside-Out, or with brown rice. All sushi and sashimi are prepared to order and hand cut at the sushi bar.
