Located in NYC's Flatiron District, Kat & Theo offers a neighborhood destination for seasonal, New American fare from executive chef Paras Shah. Shah’s menu reflects his passion for local ingredients and penchant for Mediterranean flavors, honed after working in such esteemed kitchens as Ferran Adrià’s world-famous El Bulli in Spain and Per Se and Momofuku Noodle Bar in NYC. 

The menu is rounded out by desserts from Serena Chow, formerly of Eleven Madison Park and Pearl & Ash. The restaurant’s name nods to co-owner Andreas Typaldos’ parents Katerina and Theodosios, reflecting his journey from the Greek island of Lefkada in Old World Europe to New World America as told through the menu and design.
