For 5 -7 year olds, they offer exclusive gross motor skill development parcouses designed to foster balance, hand-eye-coordination, better footwork, and skill development. The parcouse and drills are designed to be playful yet challenging ways to help with early childhood development while emphasizing basketball as well. For older participants they provide speed, skill, and strength training regimens designed exclusively with the help of the reigning NBA D-League MVP Justin Dentmon.
