One Private Pilates Lesson with Dianne Wise at Elevate at NoMad.  Dianne strives to elevate her clients’ knowledge of their own bodies so they may cultivate healthy movement patterns that apply to all aspects of their lives.  The session will be tailored to the needs and level of the client.

Dianne Wise received her Pilates Mat and full Equipment Certification from Kelly Kane at The Kane School of Core Integration in 2006. She is currently a Teacher Trainer, Private Anatomy Tutor, and Pilates Instructor. Since her certification, she has continued her studies with Irene Dowd, Sue Hitzmann & The MELT Method ®, The FAMI workshop at Mt. Sinai, among others. Dianne has also run several Pilates retreats.  

Prior to receiving her Pilates certification, she earned a B.A. in Dance from DeSales University and continued to dance professionally in NYC, Las Vegas, and Florida. She also worked as a Physical Therapy Aide for Orthopedic Care Physical Therapy Center in New Jersey where she later taught post-rehab Pilates Mat.
