HSO is Baltimore's only community orchestra, comprised of Johns Hopkins students, faculty, staff, and community members.  Each performance is preceded by an expert-led discussion and followed by an informal reception with the musicians.  All events are in Shiver Hall on the Johns Hopkins University Homewood Campus in Baltimore.
