Doll, a women’s boutique and gifts shop has made its debut at the 17th Street Promenade! It occupies the Costa Mesa Lola Rouge space and has a new fabulous look as well as a bunch of new designers. Most of the new lines are under $100 with a large selection of items under $50. Doll also carries designer items up to $400 for those special occasions or for staple items like those must have designer jeans.
