What:Customized, history-focused walking tour of the Presidio led by Clarendon parent, Rob Thomson (Leo - 1st grade) followed by a $50 Off the Grid picnic.

Who: Tour can be adapted for kids and parents, or for just adults, up to 5 total. Your guide will work with you to determine your group's interests (architecture, landscape, military history, wildlife, even playgrounds!) and develop a history-based tour around them. Participants should expect a fair bit of walking, but a more or less strenuous tour can be developed (strollers ok!). A bike tour is also an option for an all adult group.

When: Thursday afternoon/early evenings or Sunday morning/afternoons after March 1and beforeOctober 1(to coincide with Off the Grid food truck events at the Presidio). Tour will end in the Presidio's Main Post but can start elsewhere in the park, depending on the itinerary. Tour will last at least 1 hour, up to 2 depending on itinerary and interests.
