One night stay at a Kamping Kabin (approx $100) RV or tent site (approx $50) at the Petaluma KOA for two persons. This is the perfect introduction to 'camping'! Not too far from SF, but far enough to feel like you are getting away. They have a pool and lots of activities for kids. Based on availability, not valid on holiday weekends. Book early - this place fills up!!
(You might be able to use it for the annual 2nd grade camping trip, based on availability!)
