Paresh Martial Arts is a family martial arts center nestled in the Inner Sunset neighborhood. We offer kids (ages 2.5yrs and up), adults and family classes ranging from beginner to advanced. We teach Tang Soo Do, a traditional Korean Karate. Tang Soo Do training develops awareness, confidence, respect and integrity, all while strengthening the body and invigorating the spirit. Ask Jen Murdin, Lina Garcia or Tava Miyata for a recommendation - all their kids go there!
