Winemakers Notes: Grown in Paso Robles, California, where the warm climate is ideal for Bordeaux-style varieties, our Seven Oaks Cabernet is velvety and rich with supple tannins. Ripe flavors of black currant and cherry are enhanced by a bouquet of vanilla and spice from one year of barrel aging. This wine is an excellent companion to grilled beef, lasagna, or dark chocolate.
