Spend a few hours meeting and grooming Ms. Woodard's horse. Learn about tack and how it works. Come with boots (ready to get a bit dirty) as we will muck out the stalls and see what all is involved in owning a horse. We will see what the horses eat and get their dinner prepared for them. After all of this hard work, we will be off to have a picnic lunch with Ms. Woodard's special cookies for dessert.

Your bid will be for your child and 1-2 friends. Please send carrots as Boo (Ms. Woodard's horse) loves treats!

Students will be dropped off at 10:00 am on a mutually agreed upon Saturday.

Students will be tired, smiling and ready to be picked up at DVA by 1:00, along with some great photographs of our little trip!

The barn is at a private house off McDonald Road and Kendall Road.
