Just in time for summer! "BeFit" is an 8 week results based fitness and nutrition program through Balanced Fitness. This is a co-ed class/session.
Start the weekend off right! Saturday Power Hour classes are 60 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training) heaven! Join this incredible group for some calorie torching, fat burning and strength building. Take in incredible views of the Bay and the Redwoods while squatting, lunging, stair climbing and loving life! Classes incorporate resistance bands, body weight and the environment. Please bring an exercise mat and water.
Schedule:
Saturday sessions run in 8 week intervals.
