One month of Group Fitness Lessons at Aquatech.

AquaTech offers child group classes and adult workout group memberships for adult swimmers and/or water walkers (ages 13+). Bring your own workout or use our pre-designed workouts. A trained AquaTech instructor will be available for tips and advice during workout times. 

Our indoor pools are 20 yards in length (Concord) and 25 yards in length (Alameda), 4 feet in depth and heated to a comfortable 88 degrees. Kick boards and pull buoys are available for complimentary use in each 5 lane pool. There are both stair and ladder entries to the pool.
