Ready to become a rock climber? Triangle Rock Club's Introduction to Climbing class is the perfect place to begin! This two-hour course provides a comprehensive introduction to safe climbing and Triangle Rock Club. Learn about their facility, the different types of climbing, and the basic climbing concepts and practices. As a part of the safe climbing component, they teach proper top rope belay technique, as well as correct use of harnesses and the figure-8-follow-through knot. Upon completing this course, most participants pass our Top Rope Belay Check. All equipment is provided for this class. Expires 10/31/2016.
