Description
Case of AquaVitea Kombucha
Kombucha is a fascinating and mysterious drink with a long history. Known commonly as an ancient elixir, it has been revered for centuries for its life enhancing qualities.
Kombucha is a fermented beverage made simply from tea, sugar, water, and a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (scoby).
During fermentation, the sugar and tea nutrients are converted into vitamins, enzymes, organic acids and probiotics. The result is a health promoting energy drink that tastes similar to aromatic sparkling cider.
