Group exercise at Rocky’s Fitness Center is a unique experience. What sets their classes apart is their ability to accommodate a wide range of clients – of all ages, abilities and fitness levels – in the same group exercise class and still meet each individual client’s specific goals and needs.

Rocky Snyder began a fitness studio in 1996 and since then it has grown to be one of the best training facilities on the Central Coast. The top trainers in Santa Cruz County have come together under one roof to offer the most comprehensive training approaches found today.  

Also included with the classes is Fit to Ski & Snowboard book, written by the local trainer, and a DVD of local Santa Cruz surfers.
