They invite you to take an expertly guided tour through the historic cellars of Testarossa. You’ll learn about the Testarossa winemaking process firsthand, focusing on the techniques that allow them to define the terroir of their small lot, single vineyard releases. You will learn about the Jensen Family history, of how two high tech professionals followed their dreams, took their weekend hobby and transformed it into one of the most celebrated wineries in California. The Artisan Wine and Cheese Experience concludes with a private, salon-style tasting of five Testarossa wines paired to four selections of artisan cheeses. You will learn the principals of food pairing and even try a few experiments.

The Artisan Wine and Cheese Experience is offered Wednesday through Sunday at 1pm. Reservations are required. No minors are allowed at this event. This one of a kind experience!
