Kids Class Schedule:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday


• 4-5pm (ages 3 to 7)


• 5-6pm (ages 8 to 15)

Classes are geared toward beginners. All levels and styles are welcome to participate. Bring loose clothing that you can move comfortably in, until you can buy a uniform at the studio. Capoeira gets you going in ways that you might not have thought possible! You'll do handstands and cartwheels, learn to ginga and kick, escape creatively and train the fight that makes you smile and laugh while testing your skill, reflexes, wit and courage.
