Gateway parent, novelist and picture book author of the acclaimed Ninja Baby and LUG: Dawn of the Ice Age will host a private reading and discussion of his upcoming sequel, LUG: Blast From the North, in an intimate gathering at his Westside home. Parent/child pairs will receive a signed copy of the book beforehand, and will have the opportunity to discuss the book with David following the September 1, 2016 release. This is a truly unique opportunity to get to know a fun and funny local author and have an in-depth discussion about his books and writing in general. Refreshments will be served.

Note: the current 3rd-5th graders received copies of the first book in the series, LUG: Dawn of the Ice Age, in a school assembly with David on March 14th, 2016, and will be eagerly awaiting the sequel!
