In the spirit of the Summer of Love, join Ginger Braun and Martha Conte for a heart-pumping and heart-felt hike and yoga class. Enjoy the spectacular views of the city's finest beaches and trails starting from neighborhood favorite Angelina’s Cafe in the Outer Richmond. From there get ready for a hilly hike out to Baker Beach, up the infamous sand stairs and near the Golden Gate Bridge. On the way back, we will pause for a spirited yoga practice to strengthen our cores, lengthen our bodies, and open our hearts as we gaze at the Pacific. Finally we'll hike back to Angelina's to celebrate with a healthy and delicious catered lunch. Bring your mat, water bottle and lace up your shoes for a fun, mindful and athletic gathering!
