Five private 1-hour yoga classes with PS-3 parent, Clare Aronow, RYT-200.  Each class can be tailored to each individual's needs.  

Whether recovering from an injury, looking to improve strength and flexibility or seeking focus and grounding, yoga is immensely helpful.

Clare has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She received her 200-hour teaching certification in 2015 from now:yoga, a studio founded by four senior teachers from OM, Cyndi Lee's popular studio that closed in 2012. Clare teaches a Hatha Flow style of yoga that is based in alignment, mindfulness and breath. Clare will also be completing her Prenatal Yoga certification this May.
