Description
A one hour private Hatha yoga session for 1 or 2 individuals. All levels and experiences (beginner to advanced) welcomed. Born in Italy and raised in California, Ilaria Cutolo enjoys teaching yoga to people of all ages and skill levels. After teaching adult classes in NYC since 2009, Ilaria’s new students now include her 3-year-old daughter’s friends at Greenwich House Music School. Ilaria trained at YogaWorks in NYC in 2008 and is a registered 500-hour hatha and vinyasa yoga instructor. She is also trained in Anti-Gravity Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
