Come stretch and strengthen like the pros with Jennifer Moulton at Studio 74.

Jennifer's goal for her clients is that their Pilates practice gives them a greater range of motion, relief from pain, easy erect posture, increased muscle length and flexibility, stronger and deeper breathing, and—without a doubt —greater self-confidence. She is happy to work with people of all ages and skill levels whether athletes, dancers, those suffering from pain or rehabilitating from surgery.

Pilates at Studio 74 will be followed by an all Dad's BBQ with burgers.
