Description

Enjoy the sun-drenched landscape, dazzling blue skies and sparkling seas of Provence, minus the jet-lag! Savor the warm, lush scents of Provence as you embark on a culinary journey to one of the most-beloved regions of France.

Picture a truly provençal feast: begin with a homemade aperitif and olives, almonds and eggplant caviar, then continue with a savory pissaladière and the crown jewel—a grand aioli with shellfish and vegetables—followed by the always-necessary plate of marvelous cheeses. Finish this decadent meal with a beautiful tropézienne  from famed EB alumni parent pâtissier, Alain Shocron of La Noisette Sweets. And of course, no French meal is complete without wine! Each course will showcase the best wines Provence has to offer, courtesy of EB alumni parents Chris Stauffenegger of Vigneron Imports and Kermit Lynch of Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant, specialists in that ambrosial French liquid.

The delectable menu will be prepared by EB alumni parents Marie-José Sat and Christine Chapon, Provence natives, whose talent in the kitchen is as famed among their friends as the lavender fields of Provence! Round up your nine nearest and dearest as you explore what it means to wine and dine like a true Frenchman!

This is a Live Event Item.
