The restaurant bases its cuisine on the seasons or the "cuisine du marche".  Its produce is locally farmed at the peak of ripeness, all seafood is wild and fresh, and its meats are free-range.  The selections are comprised of only the freshest seasonal ingredients available.  The flavors are clean and expressive. 

 

Marche aux Fleurs philosophy is two-fold: to offer the best products available, and to support local family-run operations.  These visions extend to the wine list as well.  All wines come from small, family-run wineries crafting special wines which reflect their individual regions.  Marche's wine list has been recognized by Wine Spectator with an Award of Excellence.
