Join Marin Girls Chorus for six exciting days of singing, dancing, new friendships and much more! Singers from all musical backgrounds will learn how to sing healthfully while exploring music, movement and rhythm. Camp ends with a shocase performance for families of campers on Saturday, June 25.

This one-week summer camp is for K-6th grades and takes place June 20-25, 2016 at First Presbyterian Church of San Anselmo. Camp runs Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3pm with special showcase on Friday from 2 to 3pm!

Featuring: 2 rehearsal sessions per day: Choral and Musical Theatre
Good, clear vocal techniques for healthy vocal production, note/rhythm reading, rhythm instruments, harmony skills, vocal warm-ups, music improvisation, solfege singing.

Additional Activities: Body/rhythm awareness (to be selected from): dance, yoga, zumba, body pecussion, music and team building games, arts and crafts: design a music poster, creative penmanship, instrument making, and more!

Led by Marin Girls Chorus instructors Amanda Hahn and Denise Wharmby.

Bring your own lunch, a healthy snack will be provided.
