The certificate is not good for admission. The certificate must be completed and be received by May 15, 2016 (no copies/faxes or emails accepted). Tickets are mailed 2-4 weeks prior to the event. The certificate cannot be exchanged for a different event. The certificate cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
