Tour this 1958 architectural marvel with 12 guests, then relax poolside with select wines and cheeses while enjoying a dramatic sunset. A circular great room with a sweeping view is the focal point of John Lautner's Hatherall House, which combines mid-century progressive engineernig with a Space Age flair for the dramatic.
John Lautner designed the Hatherall House in Shadow Hills in 1958, when he was experimenting with a range of topographic and organic geometries, using the design of each house in direct response to its site. In this home, privacy was a priority for the clients who wanted the house to "turn its back no the street and let the open end face the view."

Items must be picked up from the CEC (140 Foothill Blvd, La Canada, CA 91011) on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 or Wednesday, May 18, 2016 between 3:30 - 6:30 pm, otherwise shipping fees will be assessed and charged to the purchaser.
