Description
Get fit, build confidence, and feel like a warrior. Bring workout gear, supportive footwear, and water bottle! We provide the rest. Snug-fitting gloves recommended but not required.
Choose from any of 7 modules, including:
•Morning Challenge (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6 AM) combines obstacle, body-weight and calisthenics training and martial arts moves!
•Core Conditioning (Mondays, 6:30 PM) Core strength and conditioning
•Combatives and Conditioning (Tuesdays, 7:00 PM) No-nonsense self-defense moves in hand to hand combat that provides a full-body workout.
•Kettlebell Club (Wednesdays, 6:30 PM) Hard-Style Kettlebell strength training
•SwordFit! (Thursdays, 7:00 PM) A solo training program that combines the medieval longsword and fitness techniques extending back thousands of years.
•Forteza Boxing (Fridays, 6:30 PM) Burn calories and bust stress, while learning the fundamentals of western boxing and kickboxing in this one-hour. All skill levels welcome.
•SpartanFit! (Sundays, 10 AM) This is our “bring your best and leave behind the rest” workout! You may be fit, but are you Spartan fit?
