Individuals in a group up to 10 students will learn different cooking techniques led by the famous Italian chef himself, Jeff Finelli. Everyone who attends will leave with an appreciation for the culinary arts...and a full stomach. We will learn to BBQ, bake, smoke, burn, whisk, deflate and flambé. Okay, maybe not all of those things but all will have a great time. This would be a terrific event for pairs, trios or quads of friends to go to together.
