Saturday morning program introduces young audiences, ages 4 and up, and their families to the Symphony. These interactive concerts, led by conductor Roger Kalia, are designed to be both educational and entertaining, presenting a broad range of musical styles and teaching the fundamentals of orchestral music. It is followed by an interactive, hands-on Musical Carnival for the whole family. 

 

The Pacific Symphony and the Orange County Ballet Theater combine to perform "The Firebird, Ballet for Kids!". Beautiful, talented dancers in colorful costumes tell the story of this famous Russian fairy tale. When young Prince Ivan ventures into an enchanted garden, he falls in love with a beautiful princess. A mysterious Firebird comes to his aid and helps him defeat the evil magician who cast a spell over the land. A narrator guides you through this popular ballet and spectacular music by Igor Stravinsky.

 

This donation contains 4 tickets to centrally-located orchestra-level assigned seating.
