Stay can not be extended beyond expiration date, sorry no exceptions Bearer must make mention of this gift certificate when making reservation, and must be present upon arrival to the hotel. No valid during the months of July, August or toward New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day or any other hotel blackout periods, as noted by contacting the hotel reservations department.
Shipping: All items will be available for pick up at John Hay Elementary on Thursday, April 21st and Friday, April 22nd during drop off and pick up. Any shipping requests are at the expense of the winning bidder. Standard items will ship via USPS, larger items via UPS.
Bidding Extension: Allows for competitive bidding over an item to go on beyond the closing time of the auction on April 1st as long as bids are placed within 5 minutes of each other.
