Beautiful Ocean View on the west side of Oahu. 3 bedroom condominium situated on the second floor. Just 20 minutes north of Ko'Olina, home to Aulani the Disney Resort, the Makaha Valley Plantation offers 24 hour security in the gate guarded 572 unit community. Enjoy a 3 bedroom, 1 bath condominium with the best ocean view in the complex and shared walls with any other units.  The unit was fully remodeled in 2016 and has a new kitchen with a dishwasher and cooking amenities. There are laundry facilities inside the unit including a front loading Whirlpool washer and dryer. There are two swimming pool areas each with a large pool, a kiddie pool and hot tub. The Plantation has a tennis court and a basketball court. The city bus stops right in front of the guard shack. The number 40 Bus will get you virtually anywhere on the island. You are provided with 2 parking stalls and plenty of guest parking. Golfing is only one mile down the road at The Makaha Valley Country Club and Golf Course. Some of the most beautiful beaches on the island including Makaha Beach, Yokohama Bay (Keawaula Beach) and Pokai Bay are a five or ten minute drive. You can swim with the turtles and snorkel nearby. There are two beach activity rental spots nearby at West Oahu SUP and Hale Nalu. We have boogie boards, beach toys, snorkeling equipment and a new child sized paddle board (120lb. max) with straps to transport on top of your rental car. The Waianae boat harbor is nearby where you can take a day cruise to snorkel and watch & swim with dolphins. Ko'Olina, home to Aulani - Disney resort, is 20 minutes away. There you can enjoy a family friendly day at the Ko'Olina Lagoons, eat dinner at Roy's, The Monkey Pod or any of the other great restaurants that are in the Ko'Olina resort area. Nearby is the town of Kapolei where you can enjoy excellent dining, go to the movies, shop at Target or buy organic groceries at Down to Earth - a Hawaiian organic grocery chain that rivals Whole Foods. There are a couple of great Luau's, Germaine's and Paradise Cove. So much to do on the west side of the island.
