This is a Friends and Family Membership. HMH is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Expiration to redeem gift certificate is July 31, 2017. Membership year starts after redemption.
Winning bidder is responsible for shipping (in this case, a gift certficate) and Hawai`i State tax (.04166%). We try our best to ship items as economically as possible. Winning bidder is also responsible for postal insurance if the item’s value is over $500. As with all auctions, item is sold “as is” with no refunds available.
