This is a bench that easily converts into a picnic table.  

It handcrafted, from scratch, by one of the Marines from HMLA-469.  The redwood used for the bench was carefully selected to ensure evenness of color and for minimum blemishes. Redwood is durable and weathers well, and is also naturally resistant to decay and insects. Among redwood’s most valued attributes are stability and a tendency not to shrink nor warp. 

The bench is engraved with the emblem and motto of HMLA-469, "Attack with Vengeance". 

The wood is sealed in order to protect the beautiful, natural color
