Description

Bravo Company, Wounded Warrior Battalion (West) has chosen to donate this one-of-a-kind necklace, because their unit symbol is the Phoenix. In Greek Mythology, a Phoenix is a long-lived bird that is cyclically reborn. Associated with the sun, a Phoenix obtains new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor. This rebirth symbolizes the transition that our wounded, ill, and injured service members make during their assignment to the Battalion.

Made of Sterling Silver with Carnelian and Citrine, the Phoenix is suspended from an 18 inch chain with apple and tree branch detailing. The lucky owner of this necklace will always be reminded of the inspiring symbolism behind the beauty.
